With immediate effect QiQ will not  charge late fees on  invoices.

Historically our late fees have rarely been charged but used as a way of encouraging clients to pay their invoices on time. Late payment results in a service not renewing and potentially becoming unavailable until the payment is received.

Sites and domain names will continue to be suspended if payment is not received by the due date (this prompts clients to get in touch to rectify non payment), but no fees will be charged by QiQ for the reactivation.

Late payment for a domain name renewals may result in an additional fee being charged by the domain registry (redemption fees can be in excess of US$100). This will continue to be passed on to clients. Failing to pay for a domain before the expiry always increases the risk of it being released for general registration.
